Cancellation, Replacement and Refund

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely.
At Kinterly, we strive to deliver every product in perfect condition. Please note that we do not accept RETURNS once shipped.
However, Replacement is accepted in the unlikely events like
1.The product you received is damaged during transit, defective, or has manufacturing issues
2.The item is different from what you ordered, or something is missing from the package
Invoice number or Order number is mandatory while replacing the products
Replacement will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.
2. Returned without original packaging including, labels, original packing and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged.
3. If request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery
4. Used or washed products
5. Products sold through OFFER SALES/GIFT Vouchers/COUPONS
6. Size/Measurement/Colour issues
Colour tone and Dimensions
We request that you please check the detailed and listed dimensions of all our products to ensure that you are ordering the correct size of product. Images & videos references on our website only act as a guideline to size and colour. It is also important to note that while we strive to match colour tones and saturation, at times the true colour of products can vary and be misrepresented slightly on phones and computer screens.
We do not accept exchanges based on product dimensions or screen to product colour variations.
Please make sure you check the size and colour or contact our customer support to clarify any doubts regarding the product before placing the order.
Packaging & Condition :
Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging, including bags, tags, boxes, invoices, warranty cards, and all accessories.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Used, soiled, or altered items will not be eligible for replacement and will be sent back at your request.
Delivery Condition :
Do not accept packages that are damaged, opened, or soiled upon delivery.
Replacement Process.
For the process of replacement, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags.
The REPLACEMENT is valid within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Delivery charges for the exchanged product will apply as per our standard shipping policy.
In case you are partially returning an order, please hand over only the partial order to the pickup agent.
For Initiating Replacement, kindly apply with your order id and register email id/ phone number.
To process your complaint and offer a resolution, we require the following:
What You Must Provide :
Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
A clear, continuous video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time. This video must clearly capture the condition of the outer packaging and the contents inside.
Please note: If this video is not provided, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.
Photographs (3 to 4 images)
• Clear images of the product showing the issue (damage/defect)
• Photo of the outer package with the shipping label visible
• Any additional images that help clearly show the condition in which the product was received.
How to Submit Replacement:
Go to my-account > orders > select product that you want to replace and place the replacement request by clicking Replacement button within 48 hours of receiving your order. Replacement button will be inactive after 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Delayed request will not be processed
Once approved we will arrange the return pick up. Incase return pickup not available from our side we expect you to courier it back to us through any reliable courier service with proper packaging.
If customer does not handover the product within 5-7 business days from the date of the replacement request being raised, the request will be cancelled from our end.

If same product is not available for replacement, you will be informed and refund will be initiated.
CANCELLATION – WITHIN 24 HOURS (Before Shipping)
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.
In such cases, the amount will be refunded to the bank account details you provide, within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
How can I cancel my order?
The product cancellation option is available under My Account > Orders > View > Cancel.
This option will be available only within 24 hours of placing the order.
CANCELLATION – AFTER 24 HOURS
Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 24 hours of order placement, regardless of shipping status. We request customers to carefully review their order before confirming.
Payment Issues / Payment failure
For payments which did not complete successfully, but amount was debited from payees bank account, usually customers bank/UPI service provider / Payment gateway will credit the amount back to customers account within 3-4 working days as per RBI rules. and report the issue if amount is not credited back to account after 3-4 days. We will raise a compliant with the respective payment gateway partner too.

When do I get my Refund ?
Your REFUND will be initiated and will be credited back to your source of payment within 7 business working of the cancellation request

The final decision on whether a returned item is eligible for refund lies solely with the KinterlyQuality Assurance Team.
