Return and Replacement

As part of newborn safety and infection control standards we donot accept returns for any of our newborn products once shipped.
We offer replacements only under specific conditions.
1.⁠ ⁠The product is damaged during transit, defective, or has a manufacturing issue.
2.⁠ ⁠You receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your package.
Replacement request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The Product Should Be Unused And In The Same Condition As You Received It With Its Original Packaging & The Tags.
We do not offer return pickup services. If replacement request is approved, please courier the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
